About this Event
Anyone who has been doing business with China is familiar with the speed at which the country is changing. Like any industry, trends in China’s capital market evolve rapidly. What used to work not too long ago no longer works. What is hot today may not be so in the near future.
How do you keep up with these lightning-fast trends and stay competitive as a buyer, seller or intermediary who wants to start or continue to expand in China?
This Roundtable on March 12 may give you the answer!
Come and listen to Gerard DeBenedetto from K-Channel Partners discuss his experiences in China, and learn his practical strategies on how to stay ahead of the game in private investment in China.
Also, Robert Arthur, CPA, who specializes in international tax from Parente Randolph will teach us the most tax efficient structure in setting up companies in China for foreign businesses and investors.
In addition, as an attendee, you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself at the Roundtable, discuss your interests, issues, and insights about investing and doing business in China and network with each other.
What is a MCB Executive Roundtable?
Taking place almost every month in cities where we have chapters, this is a periodic gathering (somewhat like a "group counseling" session) for business decision-makers to discuss all issues related to doing business with or in China. These sessions not only help them continue to network and expand their contacts, but also allow them to compare notes, share tips and learn from each other's lessons and experience, thereby enabling them to be better informed, prepared and "equipped" in their China business pursuits.
